Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Scheduler to join their team on a direct hire basis! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others.

About You:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role (experience in hospitality is encouraged!)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters

Day to Day:

• Connect with clients and assist in scheduling them for various classes, seminars, and services
• Act as a company expert to advise clients on different offerings
• Provide superior customer service to all members, treating each customer with respect, empathy, and a commitment to assistance
• Manage multiple calendars with frequently changing meetings
• Document notes from each client call to share cross-functionally with teams as needed
• Assist with various projects and support other team members as required

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is people-oriented and keen on making a difference within a reputable company.
