What You Will Be Doing responsible for the maintenance, integration, and implementation of Yardi Voyager 7s modules and ancillary Yardi products. This position monitors service request & incident trends and proposes industry best practices to resolve. Leads research, design, development, and testing of new functionality when available. Reviews technical issue resolutions and internal team training materials for standardization & comprehensiveness.
What You Need for this Position * Must Have *
2+ years of experience as a Yardi Systems Administrator.
2+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Previous experience in helpdesk support or customer service.

* Nice to have: *
Expert knowledge of Yardi Workflows, Security, and Permissions, Audit Controls & Procedures.
Four-year college degree with a BA or BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred. Two-year degree is acceptable with comparable industry experience.
Working knowledge of Yardi table structures and SQL is a plus.

* We use: * YardiOne, Voyager 7s, Payscan, Elevate, Commercial Café products (Deal Manager & Tenant Portal), Sharepoint Document Management, and Aspire (e-Learning).
