Workforce Trainers provide skills-based training and experiences in a traditional or non-traditional classroom setting and/or lab environment. The instruction provided will be specific to participants enrolled in Workforce Education offerings across the career continuum including, but not limited to career starters, career changes, and those seeking career advancement. Additionally, local employers frequently engage with the college to address specific professional development needs on behalf of their workforce; customized solutions are then designed and delivered in a variety of modalities to best serve the employees. The demand for tailored curriculum fluctuates; therefore, the need for a specific skillset may not be immediate.
