About the Role
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Designee your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assisting residents with daily living functions such as feeding, bathing, dressing and supportive daily care in accordance with the resident care plan.
- Assisting in medication administration
- Work in conjunction with community support staff to adapt activities to resident's conditions and cognitive abilities
- Provide regular and timely feedback with other members of the community, the residents and support staff
- Assist in the review and revision of residents' care plans and profiles

About You
You must have:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience working in assisted living or with the geriatric population
- Med pass experience preferred
- CPR certified preferred
