The Wellness Program Manager provides management to Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) for the Wellness Program(s) or Personal Edge clients. The Wellness Program Manager has overall responsibility for all wellness functions, including implementation, administration, design, and financial analysis of the wellness program(s). Other responsibilities for the Wellness Program Manager role include:
Manage the client program administration including program design, vendor selection, management, communication and financial analysis.
Ensure participation in wellness programs which includes maximization of engagement with tools and resources, behavior change, reduction of health risks, improvement of overall well-being, and positive healthy lifestyle choices amongst various participant populations.
Lead client wellness team to ensure objectives and deliverables are met in accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Manage wellness third party vendor relationships; includes management and negotiation of contract pricing, scope of work and vendor performance.
Manage client relationships, includes excellent customer service to employee/client requests and compliance with contracts/billing for clients.
Conduct program measurement and data analysis of program costs, metrics and outcomes.
Provide reports and findings to management and senior leadership teams related to wellness programs and services.
Expand awareness in the community of BSWH wellness programs by serving in association leadership roles and engaging in speaking opportunities.
Implement and facilitate health and wellness programs for a broad range of health risks and topics for client employees, such as on-site health screenings, educational seminars and team-based wellness challenges.
Implement communication strategy and techniques to engage employees in programs.
The ideal candidate for the Wellness Program Manager role is someone who has knowledge of principles, theories, and practice of health promotion, lifestyle, and behavior modification, is adept at managing client relationships and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

EDUCATION - Bachelors
EXPERIENCE - 3-5 years experience required
