Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate active involvement in the implementation and improvement of relevant quality procedures.
  • Attract, develop, and retain the best team to deliver Cochlear's current and future business objectives, for example, by:
    • Ensuring clarity of expectations and outcomes for individuals and team.
    • Providing regular feedback on performance and alignment with the HEAR behaviors.
    • Providing coaching for growth and success to build individual and team capability.
    • Demonstrate due diligence commitment to workplace health and safety through active involvement and implementation of Cochlear's WHS and injury management procedures including adherence to any local legislative requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance / manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to identify solutions and challenge the status quo to deliver creative solutions.

  • Salary range: $67,000 to $72,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
