HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Distributor in need of a Warehouse Cycle Counter in the Tucson, AZ area.

Position: Warehouse Cycle Counter
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 12pm.
Location: Tucson, AZ
Compensation: $17.25 - $18 DOE

Responsibilities

• Able to identify and report to management material placed in the wrong location or damaged materials and Identify and remove obsolete material from inventory
• Able to communicate, document and report any inventory discrepancies including damaged material and material placed in the wrong location to the warehouse floor supervisor, warehouse manager or immediate supervisor
• Immediately report any unsafe conditions to the Floor Supervisor or Warehouse Manager
• Counts materials on-site and enters them into the cycle counter report.
• Identifies discrepancies between the inventory listing and actual quantities in stock and corrects inventory list as necessary
• Identifies causes of inventory discrepancies and corrects them
• May assist in locating material to fill backorders

Skills & Qualifications

• Has knowledge of the material, material location, and processing capabilities.
• Strong detail orientation and understanding of safe work processes and procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to utilize calipers, tape measure and color-coding system
• Basic math skills
