Earn up to $21.09/hour!

Location: 9610 W Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting wage is $20.00/hour (paid weekly) for second, third, fourth, fifth and seventh shifts

* Starting wage is $21.09/hour (paid weekly) for sixth shift
* Overtime opportunities available at 1.5x pay rate

* Up to 12% quarterly bonus on top of base pay, based on performance evaluation

Shifts:

Actual shift availability varies week by week and successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift.

Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.

-1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm ($19.00/hour)

- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm ($20.00/hour)

- 3rd Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning 10pm - 6:30am ($20.00/hour)

- 4th Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10am - 8:30pm and Monday and Tuesday 2pm - 12:30am ($20.00/hour)

- 5th Shift: Wednesday - Friday 2pm - 12:30am and Saturday 10am - 8:30pm ($20.00/hour)

- 6th Shift: Friday night to Sunday morning 8pm - 8:30am and Sunday night to Monday morning 6pm-6:30am ($21.09/hour)

- 7th Shift: Monday night to Friday morning 10pm - 8:30am ($20.00/hour)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•Operating heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists
•Perform material handling and warehousing functions such as unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts, materials and supplies
•Operates electronic hardware/RF units

Essential Job Functions:
•Good attendance record and ability to work OT when required

•Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed

•Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

•The ability to properly perform quality checks

Basic Qualifications:

•One year of previous work or volunteer experience
•Candidates must be 18 years or older

•Willing and able to be trained on heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers and overhead hoists

•Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures

•Frequently lift parts up to 50 pounds individually
•Frequently bending, reaching, climbing, walking and squatting while performing job tasks

•Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

Summary Pay Range:
$17.90 - $23.30
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
