What You Will Be Doing As the VP of Engineering for this startup company you will be spending approx. 25% or less time physically developing the tech stack and coding and most of your time will be spent working with the product team and architect to manage a group of highly skilled, hybrid team along with managing outside vendors.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's in CS, IT, IS, or similar and at least 6 years' experience with the following:
- Cloud architecture such as Google, Azure or AWS (preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and Java
- Zendesk experience, along with custom API's and plugins
- HubSpot for communication
- Working in a startup environment - including seeing a product through from start to finish
- Working through the entire software development lifecycle
- Ability to work with a hybrid team
