What You Will Be Doing - Developing the organization (from performance & culture) by overseeing & implementing programs that develop and strengthen our leaders to be more successful in their roles
- Working closely with senior management identifying, developing & implementing strategic organizational initiatives in order to elevate leader engagement, development, performance & engagement across the org.
- Driving organizational talent & leadership development model & processes to be utilized by entire organization
- Strategic & thought leadership to create workforce planning methods, change management models, leadership assessment profiles
- Providing executive coaching on organizational effectiveness & leadership development, etc.
- Working wit C-Suite to help analyze organizational needs, identifying high - performers throughout the org, recommendations & implementation of training programs
- Providing guidance to our leaders when needed in the design, development, evaluation of formal courses & training materials
- Creating 30/60/90 day on boarding plans with supporting roles & documentation for entire company workforce
What You Need for this Position A bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior or related (MS degree preferred)
- 15+ yrs of organizational leadership in Learning & Development including some management experience
- Focus on talent management / succession, organization & leadership development, change management, performance management
- Background in diagnosis, planning, treatment of organizational challenges
- Background working closely with C-Suite, forming strategic partnerships with sr. executive to build a high-performance leadership culture
- Experience leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while focused on operational excellence
- Certification in the following is a big plus: Organization development tools, i.e. personality indicators, career assessments, 360 feedback tools, and coaching
- Ideally, you'd have experience in a manufacturing, real estate, construction or related business vertical with a company 15k people or less
- NOTE: Our preference is that this position be located in Orange County, CA so must be in the OC area (Hybrid work environment) or willing to relocate. We may also consider top candidates who are local in Atlanta Georgia market who are open to working a Hybrid (2 days home, 3 days in - office) schedule. Thanks!
