Meta is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to join the leadership team of the Global Business Group (GBG). This leader will lead our global teams: Client & Categories, Global Agency, Creative Shop and Marketing Science teams. They will be responsible for enabling our go-to market strategy, building key global and regional partnerships, and providing thought leadership to deliver strategic initiatives for our advertisers/agencies. They will be responsible for building best-in-class cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the company. They will manage a highly effective consultative organization that can scale the business. This position reports directly to the VP, Global Business Group.People from all backgrounds rely on Meta's apps and services to connect with others and build community. <ul><li>Cultural Leader - Lead the GBG Global teams and effectively embody and promote the culture and values of Meta, and lead the team to do the same. Meta core values consist of the following: Be bold, Focus on Impact, Be open, Move fast, and build social value.</li><li>Visionary, Results Driven Leadership - Articulate, own and lead the vision for Meta GBG Global Teams to create a unified team with shared vision, shared goals and partnership in execution. Foster a local - regional - global feedback loop that makes client feedback accessible and actionable across global teams. Refine revenue operating model and ensure execution of defined strategies (segment, category, etc.) to ensure revenue growth and achievement of goals for our partners/clients/agencies (global and regional).</li><li>Talent: Develop, retain and motivate a diverse and inclusive organization while continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities across the globe. Manage high performing teams and demonstrate an ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives: ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach. Develop and guide organizational effectiveness, proactive talent planning, change management and conflict resolution. Ensure a healthy culture and lead by example on leadership for a large-scale organization. Continue to build out and manage a strong bench of exceptional diverse and inclusive leaders across the team.</li><li>DEI - Weave diversity, equity and inclusion into all we do. Champion and execute D&I actions, accountability and resources across a range of programs in partnership with the rest of the GBG team. Create, implement and execute innovative Diversity solutions using business acumen and industry expertise while also leveraging and amplifying existing programming in place across the company.</li><li>Strategy & Execution - Responsible for bringing together a cohesive strategy across key accounts, agencies and measurement, creative functions to establish us as industry leaders in each category.</li><li>External Presence - Externally represent the organization, leverage their public profile and deliver keynote speeches at industry conferences and events, representing the business in front of clients, advertisers, agencies, and media briefings.</li><li>Cross Functional Leadership - Build and lead strong working relationships with leaders across Meta teams (e.g. sales, product, engineering, MBG, marketing, human resources, business planning/operations and finance) through collaboration to drive initiatives cross Meta.</li><li>Long-Term Business Planning - Focus long term strategic opportunity planning, in support of the company's long range plan. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our advertisers business objectives.</li><li>Travel on an as needed basis across our global offices.</li></ul>

<ul><li>20+ years experience building and leading teams, including the development of leaders and organizations across the globe</li><li>18+ years experience in the digital advertising and/or marketing ecosystem and/or Internet company with proven experience in managing global and multi-functional team</li><li>Experience working with and knowledge of advertising agencies and groups. Understanding of agency, television, Internet and other Media Advertising</li><li>Experience partnering with C-level executives and a network of senior executive contacts across the largest brands and businesses in the industry</li><li>Demonstrated experience of growing and developing high growth, scaled operations</li><li>Proven track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations</li><li>Proven track record of being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally</li><li>A Bachelor degree</li></ul>
