Description

The Pricing Leader will be responsible for partnering with all Artera Operating Companies on the development of pricing analytics to support the overall business objectives. The candidate will analyze market and service dynamics and identify price drivers and other factors that will contribute to the overall pricing strategy. This position will collaborate with the operations team and commercial resources to ensure we drive market pricing, compliance, and a culture of pricing integrity. In addition, this candidate will be responsible to further enhance Artera's pricing analytics, commercial processes and track performance & trend through KPI's.

Responsibilities

As our VP Pricing Leader your responsibilities will include:

• Develop a small, high performing team to support our operating companies on pricing performance and commercial process
• Develop pricing analytics across all Artera Operating Companies to identify & support contract analysis and renegotiation
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure understanding of cost trends and build into pricing analytics
• Analyze market and service data to help develop recommendations regarding pricing decisions and strategy
• Support pricing analytics & strategy for complex bids
• Investigate a standard template and process quoting and implement across Artera.
• Partner with IT & Business Intelligence to advance our pricing analytics infrastructure
• Standardize quoting template and expectations & integrate into quoting solutions
• Build pricing analytics to identify price misalignments & opportunities
• Conduct operating company level pricing deep dives based on Price Model and business expectations
• Collaborate w/ on competitor pricing and win/loss ... integrate learning to future price model updates
• Analyze market and product data to help develop recommendations regarding pricing decisions and strategy for M&I.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• +10 years relevant commercial experience in pricing analytics

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in data analysis

• Ability to work in a cross-matrix organization and with field teams

• Engineering Degree or equivalent desired

• Ability to create excellent working relationships with our Operating Companies

• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Travel as needed to support the need of the areas
