RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a UX Designer II for a remote role.Summary:We're building purpose-driven and people-focused teams that are developing the next generation of decision support tools for clinicians at the point of care. Our client has a pathway navigation product used by Oncologists to align treatment recommendations with clinical best practices and standards of care. The product team is on a journey to innovate in the Oncology space and is focused on supporting providers in their mission to improve patient outcomes. As a Senior UX Designer, you will work inside a matrixed organization leading the design strategy, discovery, and delivery for the next evolution of the product alongside a distributed and passionate team of Product, Technology, and Commercial partners. You should be comfortable in a highly collaborative environment and excited to learn more about complex clinical needs and use cases. You will be supported by a UX team of over 70 members specializing in areas like strategy, research, and design, with opportunities to grow your career and expand your professional specialties. In our Health & Corporate Markets (HCM) UX organization, we believe UX professionals shine brightest when the are connecting expertise, imagining the future, and creating clarity out of complexity. We expect Senior UX Designers to:
  • Build a rich understanding of customer needs and use cases
  • Define and deliver UX work in collaboration with Product and Technology partners
  • Rally cross-functional partners around measurable outcomes
  • Create processes that aide discovery and delivery of UX design work
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product Design proficiency
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to assess the right fidelity required for an artifact or deliverable (e.g., sketch, flow diagram, lo-fidelity prototype, hi-fidelity visual design)
  • Comfortable working with established design systems and proposing new patterns and components when necessary
  • Comfortable leading or supporting research activities like interviews and usability testing
  • Comfortable synthesizing and summarizing research findings (with guidance from UX Researchers) and presenting them to the team
  • Can connect findings, user outcomes, and customer value to UX deliverables and shipped work
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Involves customers and subject-matter experts in product innovation
  • Comfortable leading workshops and discussions to engage partners and create alignment
  • Can challenge the status-quo with confidence and respect
  • Demonstrates energy and vision when driving new ideas forward
  • Seeks regular feedback and applies new ideas and perspectives to their approach
  • Fluent with design tools like Figma and Miro
  • Familiar with frameworks like Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Lean UX, etc.
  • Comfortable defining and delivering UX work inside Agile processes


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
