Senior Content Strategist - Walmart Fulfillment Services
The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. We build the tools our sellers need to send inventory to Walmart, maximize their sales and monitor the health of their business.
As a Senior Content Strategist for WFS, you'll collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering to set the vision and define the strategy for when, where and how we communicate with sellers, potentially including everything from real-time alerts to biweekly release notes or monthly newsletters. You'll use your talents of strategy and storytelling to produce intuitive, impactful comms that help the customer stay informed and guide them to take action when necessary. Working closely with your product and design partners, you'll influence language in user experiences, develop instructional articles and draft automated emails and alerts that drive sellers to take action. In presenting polished work to the wider group, you'll provide context and rationale during review. As a lifelong learner, you'll proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders and develop a keen sensibility of how and when to incorporate changes to the copy. Ultimately, you'll transform complex information into best-in-class communications, keeping the seller's needs top of mind.
