Primary responsibility is to provide administrative and client sales/service support to Wealth Senior Relationship Manager and Director of Business Succession. Secondary responsibilities include providing back-up administrative and clerical support to Private Banker team.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provide support to all sales and service activities related to Director of Business Succession Planning and UHNW team.
  • Provide assistance and ongoing support to select group of HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Provide high touch, high level service to specified clients in Book of Business.
  • Responsible for opening new deposit accounts, wealth management accounts and processing loan requests.
  • On-boarding new HNW/UHNW clients, which includes regular communication and follow up with clients, team, and other departments.
  • Serve on task forces, working to make the processes/products that impact team and client more efficient and effective.
  • Meet weekly with assigned team members, helping move sales items through the pipeline to completion.
  • Drafting letters and emails to clients and other internal/external service providers on behalf of clients
  • Prompt response to and independent resolution of client requests and issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with key partners within the organization to onboard, serve, and solve challenges related to overall relationship
  • Provide ongoing support to Wealth and Affluent Banking leadership in identifying areas of improvement to the program.
  • Filing and other clerical tasks necessary to maintain a clean and orderly office.
  • Completing various tasks within the applicable systems as supervised / directed by the team or supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
  • 5 years of experience in a professional office environment working with HNW and UHNW clientele.
  • High School diploma required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of multiple banking products/solutions (home equity, line of credit, etc).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks amongst multiple officers.
  • Aptitude to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written form with high-net-worth clientele of the bank.
  • Resourceful self-starter who can work with remote bankers/officers efficiently and with limited direction.
  • Ability to work with team members across the bank and within the wealth management division (high level of collaboration required)
