RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Irvine, CA.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Western Digital is looking for 2 Digital UI/UX Designers to join their team with a strong portfolio of work samples
• As a designer, you will play an integral part in making Western Digital's ecommerce properties both intuitive and visually compelling
• You will design through constant iterations from wireframes to high fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD
• Your day-to-day tasks will consist of brainstorming concepts in a highly collaborative environment, translating complex requirements into simple design solutions, applying your sense of aesthetics to create clean, modern user interface designs, and more
• Your ability to understand our users, and delight them, will not only be welcomed but celebrated

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS/MSA in related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• E-commerce experience is highly preferred; However, any industry as long as it is transactional websites
• Familiar with front-end languages and frameworks (ie. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Great communication/presentation skills
• Working with responsive eCommerce and Support sites
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Mock ups, interactive prototypes, and components using Adobe XD
• Familiar with Google Material design patterns
• Photoshop
• UX/UI Design experience
• Mockups
• Prototypes
• Wireframes
• Design Patterns
• Front End Design experience
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Illustrator experience
• Presentation skills
• E-Commerce experience strongly desired
• Portfolio MUST be included
