What You Will Be Doing As the Hotel Site Superintendent, you will be reporting to the Construction PPM and contribute to project success by performing onsite supervision of hotel renovations in the construction phase. The ideal candidate has experience managing the on-site construction teams, project scheduling/coordination, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met.
What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience as a General Foreman or Superintendent:
- Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents
- Experience with hotel renovations
- Familiar with Smartsheet (or MS Projects)

Nice to haves:
- GC background
- Heavy Equipment Operator Certification
