Beacon Hill Technologies is currently searching for an experienced IT Field Technician for our client in Cleveland, OH. This will be a 6 month, contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a travelling field tech role and will require you to travel 70% of the time. Meals and mileage will be reimbursed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of desktop support or field tech experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable vehicle and comfortable with extensive travel.
