Location: Shakopee, MN
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Transportation Specialist in Shakopee MN to work for one of our top clients!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- This position will assist with daily warehouse and shipping processes as assigned.
- Finished Goods cycle counts, assist Warehouse Supervisor as assigned tasks come up, work with carriers on tracing and tracking of customer shipments.
- Will work with Customer Service on order replacements due to damage or loss and file freight claims with carriers to completion and assist Distribution Manager as needed.
- Education: minimum 2 years of College, Trade School or Business School, or equivalent in transportation, logistics and/or traffic.
- Must have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent PC skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines
