Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Transformation Lead.

Principal Purpose of Position:

Responsible for supporting and delivering upon the Holman Strategy Office's (HSO) strategy, leading critical thinking throughout the organization for the continued successful execution of strategic projects and transformation initiatives across Holman.

  • Demonstrate expertise in process improvement and change management. Share and educate others on best practices, tools, and methodologies through project execution leading to the successful completion of strategic projects
  • Develop competence in other Transformation competencies; project management, portfolio governance and technology planning
  • Identify improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives that ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Lead improvement projects that deliver measureable business results
  • Facilitate experienced and senior teams to capture inputs that will lead to developing new solutions to strategic problems
  • Analyze these emerging solutions, within a project, to make recommendations for change, identify trends and document business proposals
  • Develop implementation plans including necessary metrics, scorecards, and operating systems to drive sustainability of improvements
  • Create, where necessary, education materials to train employees in new behaviors, learning new solutions and operating new systems to ensure successful implementation of new solutions that drive value to Holman
  • Interested in Change and Communications Management
  • Support of HSO knowledge and collaboration initiatives
  • Develop new HSO methods, tools and educational materials
  • Special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training: Bachelor's Degree Required

Relevant Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in any Holman business line, two preferred
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills required
  • Change Management knowledge preferred
  • Facilitation experience preferred
