The Transfer Pricing Manager will report directly into the Global Head of Transfer Pricing and play a leadership role in the overall implementation, management, and documentation of processes on a worldwide basis.
Annual Salary $107,000 - $145,000
Responsibilities
Lead and implement global transfer pricing models to support CNH Industrial's business operations and ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing rules and regulations
Assist in supporting policies across jurisdictions in the face of growing scrutiny from tax authorities around the world
Provide support on sophisticated transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning, compliance, and periodic review of intercompany transactions
Liaise with various areas of the business providing transfer pricing input by developing a keen understanding of business needs and expectations and implementing appropriate transfer pricing solutions that support requirements
Suggest and foster innovative practices internal controls and documentation standards to achieve efficient standards for transfer pricing compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
8+ years experience in finance, accounting, or tax (including transfer pricing)
5+ years of transfer pricing experience
The ideal Candidate will have:
MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Working knowledge of OECD guidelines governing transfer pricing issues and methodologies
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with geographically diverse teams
Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines imposed by project timescales or tax authority
Experience managing complex global projects
Experience with an Accounting Firm or large multinational company
