As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will be a highly visible, team player with positive energy & great customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing the facilities and equipment of a 44,000 square foot training facility. In addition, you will ensure regular and efficient operations of the Bobcat Training Center and aid the Site Manager and Education Administrator in support of training for dealer service technicians for Bobcat Dealers in North America.

Role & Responsibility

Site/Facilities Management

  • Ensure facility is prepared for service training technician classes by assisting in classroom and lab activity setup
  • Basic equipment operation to move machines around the training facility
  • Basic preventative maintenance on Bobcat equipment
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bobcat Training Center
  • Work with utility providers and contractors to ensure that the facility is operating efficiently and correctly
  • Plan and coordinate facility maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, construction/renovation, utilities, and general building maintenance
  • Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program for all building systems and equipment
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees and visitors
  • Identify and maintain a list of facility and equipment needs for the Training Site Manager
  • Work with Federal, State and Local agencies to ensure company facilities follow applicable policies and procedures
Administrative Operations Support
  • Project manager for special projects
  • Provide administrative support including telephone coverage, e-mail monitoring, and mail handling
  • Prepare all necessary communications internally and externally
  • Assist in the management of schedules and/or logistics of individuals and/or departments
  • Provide checkout service in company store for students
  • Create and develop visual presentations, spreadsheets, office supply orders, etc.
  • Work with local hospitality, catering, lodging and transportation companies to guarantee quality and timely delivery of services

Job Requirement

  • Education: Associates Degree in any field preferred
  • Experience: 5-7 years
  • Travel Standard: < 10%
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on producing an excellent experience
  • Positive attitude and friendly personality
  • Ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals
  • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage time and competing demands in a fast-paced office environment

For Colorado Residents:

This salary range for this position is $54,168 - $66,206, depending on experience and other factors.
