Principle Purpose of Position:

Support CEC leadership team, CEC Data Analyst and CEC Trainer.
Responsible for::
- scheduling for vendor training, new system training, new employee onboarding and existing employee ongoing training
- as requested, create and manage surveys, providing results and insights to leadership
- works with business areas to distribute communications to the department
- owns and maintains CEC distribution lists
- owns and maintains CEC pulse pages
- manage, check and approve vendor billing
- department/leadership meeting coordination and facilitation
- assists with report validation as needed
- other duties as assigned

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• High school diploma with at least five years of administrative support experience

Relevant Work Experience:

• Experience in corporate/professional operations in a support role.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Operates with a high level of discretion due to sensitive data.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable acting independently with project work in addition to daily duties.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive.
• Comfortable with math and letter composition.
• Quality verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
