Position Overview:
This position will serve as the regional Traditional Health Worker (THW) resource for providers and community-based organizations to advance the integration of and access to THWs. The THW Liaison is responsible for building and expanding the THW network. They will act as the hub for THWs in the CCO service area, providing THW-specific technical assistance to provider partners and prospects to advance TWH integration, access, and best practices. The THW Liaison will work closely with providers, community stakeholders, the Provider Network Programs team to develop the annual THW Implementation and Utilization Plan to increase regional availability of THW services. This position will be responsible for collaborating across departments to collect data and develop reports to meet regulatory requirements.
