They are looking for a traveling superintendent with experience in tilt wall and an extensive knowledge of industrial construction. You will need to have proven yourself as a leader and have an innovative, teamwork attitude. Being bilingual or having a construction degree are pluses. You will be responsible for day-to-day operation of all field activities and will be responsible for the safety, quality, and on time completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support to the field staff
• Read and understand project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Provide expertise and guidance as required
• Maintain strong communication skills and leadership abilities
• Mobilize and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Ensure schedules are kept and the project is completed on or ahead of time
• Manage compliance with all federal, state, and city regulations
• Maintain clean, safe, and accessible workplaces

Compensation:

• Salary is $100k to $130k base
• Excellent company insurance
• Per diem
• Early year bonuses
