Our client, a reputable healthcare organization in Philadelphia, is looking for a sharp Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis for at least three months. This is a perfect opportunity to expand on your HR skills with a great company!

About You:

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role
• Prior experience with onboarding employees
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role
• A high-attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• The ability to effectively communicate to all members of the HR team
• A self-starter and team-player mindset

The Job:

• Assist the HR team with all onboarding tasks for new employees
• Contribute to both recruiting and sourcing efforts of the team
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as data entry of employee information and replying to correspondence
• Act as a point of contact for new employees for any questions they may have throughout the onboarding process

This temporary role is expected to last at least three months and is paying up to $25/hour based on experience.
