Overview

As a member of the Telephone Services Group, the incumbent is independently responsible for the administration and maintenance of the university's MiVoice MX-One phone system and AVST voicemail system. The position also supports Mitel, Aastra and other desk phones, as well as Mitel and Teams softphones, and participates in the planning, design and implementation of strategies to best support the campus with innovative strategies on how to use voice technology to improve campus communication. The incumbent is responsible for providing technical support for campus phone infrastructure to faculty and staff, as well as maintaining the content of the work order databases within Telephone Services.

Full-time, probationary position with benefits.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,372 - $10,792 per monthAnticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,833 - $7,083 per month
