ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for office and lab computers via supervision of Help Desk staff, as well as installing software packages for 75+ lab/kiosk/console computers (Mac OS and OS Windows 10, 11) including basic troubleshooting for classroom audio video lectern equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience. (Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at a comparable rate.)

Experience with performing IT support duties; setting up new computers in a networked environment; diagnosing hardware problems and dealing with malware infections; diagnosing software problems including, but not limited to Mac and Windows issues for Windows 10 and Windows 11; diagnosing software issues including programs such as Microsoft Office; diagnosing issues with some of the following web browsers: IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome; and experience diagnosing issues with some of the following e-mail clients: Webmail, Thunderbird, Outlook, Gmail.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $36,250 and an offer will be determined upon selection commensurate with the skills and experience of a qualified candidate.
