Henry, a Carlisle Company, and leading North American manufacturer of building construction products is currently seeking a talented, self-motivated and energetic Advanced Waterproofing technical sales representative (TSR) for the Midwest Region.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for promoting Henry Advanced Waterproofing Systems to consultants, contractors, and distributors in the form of technical seminars, sales calls and technical support in the selection and application of our air barriers and waterproofing systems. You will be responsible for the Midwest regional markets and will track projects from the specification stage through to installation.

* TSR is expected to be the point of contact on behalf of Henry for the contracting, distribution, and design communities. This responsibility will include presenting AIA accredited presentations to architectural / engineering firms, expected to delivery at least 4 per month.
* TSR will be responsible for managing the authorized Henry Company Distributors. Part of that includes making frequent stops at key branch location and the responsibility to train distributor personal.
* TSR will be responsible for actively recruiting and training potential new authorized contractors in the territory, at least 3 per month.
* With the help of Salesforce and Dodge Reports; TSR will actively track projects from the design phase through the close of sale for Henry Company (at least 3 new projects per week entered SFA). TSR will be asked to provide market report / project tracking updates to the Regional Manager.
* Focus will be on Pre-Applied (Blindside) waterproofing, in the Midwest Region.

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

* The ideal TSR will have a strong building technology and construction background, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industry.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to foster strong customer relationships is required.
* Demonstrated experience and accreditation in an associated discipline is an asset.

Education and Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
