About the job The ideal candidate for this position will be will support and expand the Cloud Talent Solutions Program internal and external client relationships. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of on-prem/cloud environments, as well as recruiting best practices with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with clients and candidates. Requirements: 3-5+ years of technical screening experience (in partnership with recruiting) with staffing agencies/firms or on-prem/cloud environment management Experience screening/staffing for DevOps, hybrid-cloud, infrastructure engineering and architecture roles in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities Previous experience supporting screening/staffing programs for internal/external stakeholders
