What the job looks like:

Flexion's cross-functional teams consist of various levels of talent and disciplines. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including but not limited to: Software Engineers, UX Research and Designers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters for positions with Flexion clients and internal Flexion positions.

• Source, screen, interview and present candidates for technical positions for Flexion related projects and with Flexion clients
• Negotiate/discuss compensation and benefits with candidates
• Consult with business development staff and delivery teams to understand client requirements
• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels.
• Input and update information with Flexion Applicant Tracking System
• Attend networking and trade association events
• Review and format candidate resumes for presentation to clients
• Initiate drug tests and background checks as needed and interpret results
• Coordinate client interview and candidate's start date on new assignments
• Stay in touch with candidates after they become Flexion employees and are placed with clients

• Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
• 2-5 years Recruiting experience, IT or Engineer Recruiting experience preferred
• Experience sourcing candidates in a variety of ways and working them through the recruiting process including Salary/Benefit negotiation and presenting their qualifications to clients.
