Job Description: As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within our Device Software team, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of software solutions across our device ecosystem. With a team of 22 individuals under your purview, you will be responsible for driving program management, risk assessment, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring effective communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exposure to device software or embedded software development
• Prior software development experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to take ownership, inspire teams, and drive decision-making processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for visualizing issues, facilitating discussions, and drawing actionable conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Management team to understand the complexities of epics and software development challenges.
• Utilize strong program management skills to actively plan, manage, and execute software development initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate stakeholder updates and maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Act as the voice of the team, advocating for their needs and ensuring their contributions are recognized and valued.
• Take ownership of leadership responsibilities, driving decisions and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Lead retrospective sessions to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
