RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a Sana Monica, CA client in need of a remote Technical Program Manager.Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager:

• Technical Program Manager will work with cross functional teams to scope the project, features, priorities and track milestones for deliverables
• Work with QA team to co-ordinate test and release schedule
• Technical Program Manager will track tasks and Bugs and work with teams on resolution
• Provide weekly metrics on open bug and task list and progress
• Be able to participate in technical discussions and influence key decisions
• Technical Program Manager will scope out feature requirements, dependencies and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams as a Technical Program manager in Consumer electronics
• Experience managing Software or Embedded FW projects with cross functional teams, driving processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience in working with cross teams to collect feature requirements, scope, priorities and defining milestones for deliverables
• Knowledge of hardware and software development process and life cycle
• Excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred experience with ARM and Android development
• Great communication skills both written and oral
