We are looking for an individual who is tech savvy and service driven to focuses on the design, implementation, administration and ongoing health of the end user ("client") computing platform (Windows) and related technologies, services and processes, with a focus on end-user computing for our Agent workforce. This role works in collaboration with Sr. / Lead administrators to ensure quality system operation and service delivery. In addition, you will contribute to the vision and future roadmap for Farm Bureau's Workforce Technologies.  This role is a critical function to promote and deliver technology support to our Farm Bureau agents and employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the ongoing operation of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
  • Accountable for the health and currency of ~2000 end-user computing devices
  • Work with IT Asset Management to ensure computers are removed/cleaned up from SCCM in a timely manner
  • Hardware testing for any new Managed Buy (MB) and CSP models
  • Updating and maintaining system builds / drivers for all Agent (CSP) hardware models
  • Building and deploying software deployment tasks in SCCM / MEM as needed
  • Handling all 3rd level support incidents for CSP/MB issues, including software and hardware troubleshooting and user education
  • Security patch tracking and deployment activities
  • Active Directory Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, cleanup and maintenance
  • Assisting with any one-off issues that are escalated to Client Technology

 What it takes to join our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS or computer science related degree plus 2+ years' experience OR 4+ years of equivalent experience required. 
  • Must have analytical and problem solving skills, logical information organization skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SCCM, including administration, task sequence design/operation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune) a plus.
  •  Experience as a 2nd/3rd level Desktop Support resource
  •  Experience with Active Directory administrative tools, including Group Policy, Device Management, etc.
  • Have a passion for technology and sharing your knowledge and passion with others
  • Maintain knowledge and skills current in alignment with industry technology developments.
  • ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge and experience a plus.
