We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team! You will be responsible for identifying highly-competitive candidates with specialized skills using innovative sourcing techniques. A vital function of this role is managing the top of the Recruiting funnel to schedule qualified candidates to interview with Recruiters. Your success will be determined by the increased number of qualified candidates and their employment outcomes. This individual should be flexible, motivated, and proactive. In this full-time opportunity, you will work out of your home-based office supporting a team of Health Care Recruiters.

This remote position will be performed outside the candidate's home office. Individuals must have the discipline to work in this work environment and always be reliable and readily available throughout the workday.

  • Status: Full-time
  • Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly + commissions
  • Schedule: Flexible days/hours, weekends

What do we look for?
  • Outstanding research skills you have more than Boolean search options in your bag of tricks!
  • 1-year in-house or agency experience in sourcing, preferably Healthcare Recruiting.
  • Associate's Degree a preferred new HR Grads welcome to apply!
  • Enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment both in a team environment and independently.
  • Critical thinkers that can take their directives and hit the ground running!
  • A sourcing guru! You can identify, build and deliver talent pipelines by marketing the company and building interest for current and future hiring needs.
  • Unique ability to build relationships by phone/email methods include cold calling, job boards, and social media sites to generate awareness and candidate flow, all while providing appropriate candidate follow-up.
  • Flexibility the ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization.
  • Technologically savvy, proficient with different ATSs/CRMs, text, scheduling applications/systems, and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What will you do?
  • Source candidates for current pipeline/future hiring need in every possible way (social media platforms, extensive name generation, taking advantage of user groups, blogs, and other relevant spaces on the web, etc.).
  • Relentlessly serve as a company advocate through every contact with prospects/candidates.
  • Keep an eye on the existing ATS/CRM, continuously fill in the details missing from the profiles and resumes, and reject unqualified candidates.
  • Responsible for assisting Recruiters with scheduling interviews and pre-screening as necessary.
  • Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the best candidate experience by routing candidate questions quickly and appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Assist with job postings as necessary.
  • Step in to qualify and interview candidates as necessary.
