About the Position

Pond & Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition University Relationships Coordinator to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The ideal candidate in this position is an energetic recruiting professional who can build strong relationships with University partners, manage the Pond Student Program (intern development program), support Pond's Talent Acquisition Specialist team with candidate scheduling and logistics responsibilities, and deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience to help bring the right high-quality talent in the door at the right time. They must thrive in a fast paced, diverse working environment with ongoing collaboration with teammates. Knowledge and Experience:

• Manages the student (intern) program and university relationships
• Assist HR team with managing Workday daily functions for recruiting
• Assist the HR team with on-boarding process
• Screens resumes and applications as they are received.
• Tracks resumes and applications via applicant tracking system.
• Source resumes and profiles online for talent
• Ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates
• Reports regularly to management and leadership on progress filling open positions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 2+ years of related work experience; talent acquisition/recruiting experience preferred
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Experience with Workday, Handshake and/or LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
• Ability to work well within a team environment, while displaying a positive attitude, multi-tasking, and being self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
