Our client, a family-owned industry leader in manufacturing with locations across North America and beyond, has a rare opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Practitioner to join their team in Wilmington, DE.

As a key member of the company's talent acquisition team, this individual will be responsible for the recruitment and sourcing efforts of the organization. They will be handling finance and IT profiles, meeting with stakeholders bi-weekly, as well as handling special projects such as hiring events, with opportunities to travel for work. The individual will start on a one year contract to begin with, which can be converted to full time permanent employment any given time, based on performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Direct and coordinate daily operations of talent acquisition
  • Involved in daily morning meetings with the team
  • Handling Finance and IT profiles
  • Meeting with stakeholder on a bi-weekly basis
  • Coordinating with a Sourcer that will be working under them
  • Organizing and managing pre-screen calls, interviews, sourcing, etc
  • Handling special events and projects that come up

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Demonstrates values of integrity, humility, respect for others, teamwork and collaboration accountability and performance
  • Experience of 3 months minimum of Finance or IT recruitment
  • An understanding of sourcing and recruitment methodology
  • Possesses a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for special events
