RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client located in Mahwah, NJ that is seeking a TA Manager to join their team.Summary:As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to drive our company's success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions:
  • TA Manager will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, providing a positive experience and timely feedback
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages as needed
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • As a TA Manager, you will work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably ADP WorkforceNow and other recruitment software/tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
