YOUR ROLE

  • Enhance current Tableau and Power BI dashboards
  • Complete data refreshes for Tableau and Power BI Dashboards
  • Create new Tableau and Power BI Dashboards
  • Support Global reporting initiatives
  • Lead SAP Major Release and upgrade events-including testing, resourcing and go-live
  • Lead OTM upgrade and system maintenance events-including testing, resourcing and go live
  • Support Customer system integration-Project44, EDI enhancements, issue resolution
  • Super User for 4-Kites, SAP, WMS and OTM
  • Support Henkel DX initiatives
  • Facilitate training on Power BI and Tableau dishoards
  • Identify data trends and opportunities to enhance daily operations
  • Assist new users with accessing and navigating systems and reports
  • Prepare performance reviews utilizing operational dashboards
  • Support sustainability efforts and reviews

YOUR SKILLS

  • Educated to Degree Level (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or other relevant subject)
  • 5-10 years manager level experience in Operations / Supply Chain gained within the CPG Industry
  • Demonstrable operations management and execution capability
  • Extensive knowledge of network design, logistics, transportation and warehousing
  • Advanced skills in analytics and reporting (data pulls, excel, systems, Power BI)
  • Experience in Logistics KPI design and management
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying broad scale process improvements and/or cost savings initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with ability to drive and influence decisions at all levels within the organization

The salary for this role is $84,300.00 - $122,300.00. Thisis the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages forthis position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rangeand this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed inConnecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
