Systems Applications Engineer Job Title: Sr. Systems Applications Engineer - Embedded / SW / HW troubleshooting & debugging
Location: Duluth, GA or Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $110k-$145k/yr base + 20-25% bonus + RSU's
Skills: Firmware, Applications Engineering, Systems Applications, C/C++, Embedded, Support Engineer
What You Will Be Doing Working with our OEM clients to solve problems. Once a problem is reported, you will reproduce the problem and then troubleshoot the problem with our SW / HW teams. You must be skilled at working with customers to understand the problem, finding the root cause, and finding solutions!
What You Need for this Position Must Have Skills:
1.) 3+ years of experience as a Systems Applications Engineer / Tech Support Engineer including client facing skills and troubleshooting skills.
2.) Strong C/C++ and Embedded / Firmware skills
3.) BS in EE or CS or related

Nice to Have Skills:
-Experience with SAS/SATA/PCIe protocols, RAID, ARM, Ethernet, I2Cor PPC embedded processors.
-HW/PCBA design experience
