RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst IV in Reston, VA.Duties Include:- Systems Analyst IV will support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives
- Analyze portfolio progress and enact changes, along with reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders
- Evaluate risk of current assets, while complying with governance and controls
- Support the business and technical requirements of the Multifamily Asset Management platform as an Analyst including Feature creation/development
- Support team in preparing analyses, reports and requirements documentation used to determine business areas need for a technical application
- As a Systems Analyst IV, you will analyze risks and lead discussions to brainstorm solutions with the subject matter experts
- Work with Team leads in monitoring information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis
- Implement plans or decisions that fit in the framework of the Portfolio Risk Groups strategy to implement a new technology tool
- Gather and document Subject Matter Expert requests to be translated into functional requirement documents for the developers to implement
REQUIREMENTS:
- The group of skills related to Loan Management including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, originating loans, etc.
- The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
- Skilled in documentation and reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant Microsoft software
- The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
