What You Will Be Doing The systems manager is in charge of managing and administering business software and helping to carry out the goals and operations of the program. Assisting in the implementation of software upgrades, enhancements, and integrations; managing and administering enterprise software, such as core banking applications, software integrations, digital banking applications, and other operational software applications; and identifying and implementing business process automation are all responsibilities of this position. The Systems Manager works with other IT Department employees on tasks and projects while providing end users with software assistance.
