Job DescriptionSOFTWARE MANAGER - Remote
One of The Select Groups top clients is seeking an experience Software Manager to bring on their team immediately. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity that can sit entirely remote.
SOFTWARE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Technical background as a SW Engineer or similar
- Experience mentoring or leading team members/ a desire to move into technical people management
- Ability to work well with Product Owners/Scrum Masters in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master
- previous management experience
- Managing 2 teams of 5 engineers in the Digital Banking organization
- Interacting with the POs & Scrum Master to make sure projects are on track and deliverables are being met
- Working with highly technical team members and attending management meetings/presenting to upper leadership
