ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Supervisor to help the Operation Safety Net - HUD Housing Case Management department do its best work. The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru. You'll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing daily operations!

• Workflow/Service Delivery Design and Expertise -- referral processes, admits and discharges, service delivery, data entry in HMIS, HUD regulations, assertive client engagement
• Manage Staff (professional development, hiring, work flow responsibilities, etc.)
• Programmatic/Grant Management /Oversight (financial management, timely and accurate reporting completion, program audits/reviews, program expansion, reduction,f overall program recommendations)

• Document & Monitor workflow(s) and adherence to departmental and organizational policies and procedures
• Worksite Problem solving (tools, resources, staffing)
• Concerns & Conflict Resolution (clients, landlords network and employees)
• Participation in organizational committees/projects
• Internal & External Stakeholder engagement, meeting participation and collaboration

We're looking for a Supervisor who can encourage and lead the way for the HUD Housing Case Management Services to do their best work. The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: effective communication skills, financial management skills, compliance, departmental/organizational policy & procedure and deadline adherence. You'll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in Human Services or related field and 3 years of related behavioral health or intellectual disabilities experience including 1 as a supervisor OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field and 5 years of related behavioral health or intellectual disabilities experience including 1 as supervisor.
  • Act 33/34/73 clearances
  • Valid Driver License
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen

WORK SCHEDULE This is an Exempt (Salary) position

Monday-Friday 9-5 with other hours Work determined by the needs of the program.
