Job Summary

The Supervisor, Contracts is accountable for team members within CCA providing support and guidance on policies, procedures, and human resource issues. This position ensures that operational activity is performed with ongoing continuous improvement standards and the highest level of customer service balanced to AMN controls and acceptable levels of risk. The Supervisor, Contracts ensures systems contain the most current information to establish accurate downstream processing of HP payments and Client invoicing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, career development, and day-to-day direction for direct reports.
  • Ensures that the CCA functions are being performed as stated in the policies and procedures across all systems and areas of responsibility, including AMIE, PeopleSoft, SBDEV, and COVEO image capture.
  • Develops and implements standards and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
  • Continually assesses and makes process improvement recommendations pertaining to area of responsibility.
  • Works closely with internal/external partners such Billing, Client Receivables, Traveler Contracts, and Sales to ensure the highest possible level of customer service is attained and that appropriate departments are communicated.
  • Responds to questions and problems raised by external/internal associates within the 24-hour company guideline and established Service Level Agreement.
  • Understands and balances workload requirements within the team to ensure deadlines are achieved accurately and efficiently and business partners are satisfied.
  • Performs Reconciliation and Monitoring activity of CCA-related processes (e.g., AMIE, PeopleSoft are updated timely, accuracy of CCA database).
  • Evaluates potential team member candidates against position profile utilizing interviews and competency assessments in order to identify the most talented fit for the role.
  • Promotes a team atmosphere within the department by modeling strong customer service, morale, and team work philosophies in order to heighten engagement and retention.
  • Documents and conducts formal review process for each direct report and participates in the selection, interviewing, and hiring of personnel.
  • Addresses first level escalation issues by investigating and troubleshooting with internal/external customers.
  • Collaborates with manager to provide input about departmental budget needs by providing insight on workforce costs in order to maximize return on resource expenditures.
  • Supports team members in crafting Individual Development Plans that are specific and actionable in order to take meaningful steps towards stated career objectives, leveraging the AMN IDP resources.
  • Reinforces training and development actions with team members by aligning coaching efforts with broader training objectives in order to measure development and performance progress.
  • Assesses team member data by reviewing relevant systems in order to provide direction and guidance for prompt resolution of potential inaccuracy or delays.
  • Conducts weekly individual meetings (1:1s) with team members to assess production results and progress in order to develop future performance and discuss team member obstacles and dynamics.
  • Plans and facilitates department meetings, assigns action items, and specific topics. Proposes agenda items based on suggestions/needs of team and business. Creates, reports, and is accountable for metrics for all areas of responsibility.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
  • Certifications
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) | National Contract Management Association (NCMA) | Preferred
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) | National Contract Management Association (NCMA) | Preferred
  • Minimum Work Experience
  • 5+ years contract administration.
  • 4+ years in fast-paced business environment.
  • Contract Management system experience..
  • Working with Master Service Agreements, Addendums, and Purchase Orders.
  • Supervisory and project management experience.
  • Key Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate
$74,500 - $88,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
