What You Will Be Doing -Supervise all onsite construction, look-aheads, contract admin, manpower, materials/equipment, daily reports/work activities, RFIs, and handle issues/delays
-Safety meetings/enforcement, relationships with clients/subs/A&E, jobsite inspections, and monitor progress/work conditions
-Ensure that all projects are on schedule, within budget, profitable, safe, and built to high company standards
-Punch-lists, job closeout, and client satisfaction
-Projects average $2M-$5M each mostly in San Francisco with some work in Oakland
-Class A offices for law firms, finance/banking, and tech companies
What You Need for this Position -3-5 years as a Superintendent at a general contractor working on corporate/commercial office tenant improvement projects
-Good safety record
-Computer skills for the jobsite, MS Project/PlanGrid experience preferred
-Repositioning construction experience is a plus
