Superintendent Job Title: Lead Project Superintendent - Commercial/Ground up
Job Location: Sarasota, Florida
Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, Benefits, 401k Match, Bonus
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Superintendent

We are a privately held construction management firm and provide expert commercial builder services. We have been around since the early 70s and provide quality construction services in Southwest Florida. We are looking to bring on a Superintendent with ground up experience to our commercial division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Ground up construction projects, including experience managing budgets, schedules, and personnel.
What You Will Be Doing - Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan
- Maintain the site specific safety plan
- Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience supervising ground-up construction projects of increasing complexity.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to send and receive e-mail communications.
- Must have a good command of the English language, oral and written.
