We are a residential homebuilder in the cities of Bellevue and Kirkland. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced superintendent to supervise the construction of our modern luxury homes.
What You Will Be Doing - Read and understand the blueprints, consult with the architect, designer and engineers
- Collect bids and schedule subs
- Residential Construction
- Superintendent
- Multi-family
- Coordinate material orders
- Ensure the project is moving according to the schedule
What You Need for this Position 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the residential sector
