Summer Intern Program duration: May 28 - August 2, 2024.

Position: Summer Internship - HSA Brand Marketing/Design

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The HSA Bank Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Intern with a focus on Graphic and Visual Design to help support a company-wide brand refresh. This includes supporting a wide range of brand marketing efforts, along with potential support across the entire Marketing department as needed.

• Assist in rebranding existing marketing collaterals such as flyers, webpages, social posts, PowerPoints, and more to reflect a newly established, company-wide brand identity
• Search and select photography and illustrations needed for B2B and B2C multi-channel campaign deliverables within brand guideline parameters
• Create new design concepts for various marketing templates as assigned
• Co-brand and customize marketing materials for employer clients
• Support internal brand pitches with quick turnaround design requests
• Attend and actively participate in regular Marketing team meetings

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to edit existing documents and creative files
• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative and inclusive team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.00USD to $20.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
