The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategic Pricing Analyst is focused on developing and implementing tools and processes to support KCP North America outlier identification, opportunity identification, and making our progress visible. They are responsible for supporting the RGM Pricing Strategy Team as we drive the North America business to:

  • Deliver strategic frameworks aligned with business strategies and category product hierarchies.
  • Drive understanding of market dynamics to achieve effective and efficient long-term strategic plans and short-term operating actions (such as cost price increase strategy and approach).

  • Own development and implementation of tools and processes to identify outliers to strategy and other opportunities.
  • Proactively bring forward insights and ideas to clarifying strategic choices from Pricing Dashboards and Customer Investment and Commercial Terms reviews - driving deeper and wider review and action based on insight derived.
  • Support Pricing Strategy Team in leveraging tools and processes to leverage insights and opportunities with the sales and category teams to maximize profitable growth.

The successful candidate will join the KCP NA Finance Team and report to the NA RGM Pricing & Investment Strategy Leader.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or related field.
  • The incumbent must have a high degree of financial competence.
  • Experience in using key systems for analysis and insight generation - Excel power user, Power BI user, Tableau user, SFDC (preferred), SPARTA (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills via complex data analysis / manipulation
  • Experience building excel solutions from scratch to highlight outliers
  • Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines/tasks
